TP347H is a niobium-stabilized austenitic heat-resistant stainless steel, featuring excellent high-temperature creep resistance, outstanding intergranular corrosion resistance and steam oxidation resistance, and is suitable for long-term use in high-temperature and high-pressure working conditions.

 

ASTM A213 standard specification for seamless ferritic and austenitic alloy-steel boiler, superheater, and heat-exchanger tubes.

ASTM A312 TP347H After adding an adequate amount of niobium alloying elements, this material can effectively inhibit the precipitation of carbides, significantly enhance its resistance to intergranular corrosion, and be well-suited to the complex corrosive flue gas conditions inside industrial furnaces, thereby significantly extending its service life.

 

Using the high-frequency resistance welding process, the fins are firmly metallurgically bonded to the base tube. The welding strength is high, the bonding is tight, and there is no phenomenon of gap separation. This structure can stably withstand the thermal shock and vibrations inside the furnace, and there will be no problem of fin loosening or detachment.

 

The solid fin structure significantly increases the heat exchange area, greatly reduces the thermal resistance, accelerates the heat conduction and dissipation rate, effectively improves the overall heat exchange efficiency of the furnace equipment, and saves operating energy consumption.

 

It is manufactured strictly in accordance with the ASTM A213 standard for seamless steel pipes. The finished pipes have undergone standard solution heat treatment, with uniform internal structure, stable mechanical properties, and excellent resistance to thermal fatigue. They are suitable for working conditions where the furnace undergoes frequent temperature changes.
