Product Overview

ASME SA210 A1 Embedded Finned Tubes are specially designed heat transfer components widely used in air heating systems, industrial heaters, combustion air preheaters, and heat recovery equipment. This product combines the excellent pressure resistance and thermal stability of ASME SA210 A1 carbon steel tubes with the high thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance of aluminum fins, providing an efficient solution for improving heat transfer performance.

The embedded fin structure is manufactured by machining a helical groove on the outer surface of the base tube and tightly inserting an aluminum strip into the groove. This mechanical bonding method ensures a reliable connection between the tube and fin while maintaining good heat transfer efficiency under continuous thermal cycling conditions.

The finning is tight — you can tell they used a proper cold-forming process because the fins don't move at all when you try to wiggle them. We've had issues before with other suppliers where the fins would come loose after a few thermal cycles, but these ones feel solid.
